Our gym area offers a unique experience where the décor and design contradict the traditional gyms. Our concept is derived from the chakra philosophy that refers to seven centers of spiritual power in the human body where each of these centers is represented by a different color and these colors are reflected in the decoration of the gym. Even while working out, you should be able to feel comfortable and relaxed to achieve maximum results. For this reason, we have also installed TVs so our clients may watch their favorite programs while burning calories. The gym is equipped with CYBEX cardio and strength machines that are engineered to produce optimal results with minimum stress on the body. In particular, the Arc Trainer offers low impact workout that is scientifically proven to reduce damage to the knees.
Further to the machine workout area that is supervised by trainers who advise on the correct usage of the machines, there is a special “honey bee” designed room for group classes. You can choose from several classes, such as Zumba, Aerobics, Kick Boxing, Kids’ classes and others, that run in the mornings and evenings. After an intensive workout, you can relax in our dry sauna or Jacuzzi.
